Get or replace a key fob
These are instructions, not an online application. This site cannot check your account, submit paperwork, or confirm fob activation.
- Check your HOA account. Fobs are issued for accounts in good standing. Review your account in the Resident Portal or ask management about your eligibility.
- Find the current form in your portal. The August newsletter directs residents to Community Information → Property Information → Pool Rules/Key Form. Complete the required resident details. The linked PDF is also available as a reference: Open the pool rules and key fob form (PDF).
- Follow management’s submission instructions. Submit through the homeowner portal as directed in the August newsletter, or ask Aldan for help. Confirm the current fee and keep a malfunctioning fob until management confirms how to replace it.Email Aldan Breedlove
Only Charleston Management can confirm receipt, payment requirements and activation. Opening an email draft does not submit your application.

Historical Graveyard Preservation
The neighborhood contains a historic cemetery. Leah Riehl’s July 19, 2023 research proposes a possible connection to the Raines, Rains or Ranes family; the identities of those buried there are not established by that report.
The report discusses nearby historic properties as comparisons, not as proof that those families are buried here. Read the source report for its evidence and unresolved questions.
